The promoter is - Rude Tattoo and Piercing Studios
This is a monthly draw. The opening date for entries is 1st of each month, with the closing date for monthly entries being the last day of each calendar month.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Rude Studios and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
There is no entry fee and no additional purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Tattoos and piercings entries must have been completed by a Tattooist or piercer working at one of our studios.
Only one entry per month, per account will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same account will not be counted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
To enter the draw participants must share an image of any tattoo or piercing that has been carried at any of our Leeds studios. Entrants must associate the hashtag #Rudestudios with their image between the 1st and the last day of each month on Instagram. Using the hashtag on other social networks will not be accepted as a valid entry.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party not connected with this prize draw.
The prize is as follows: 1 x £15 voucher to be used towards your next booking for a piercing or tattoo at any Rude Studio in Leeds city centre or Headingley. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen using a random code generator. This is a non-skill-based prize draw with no public voting. Winners are chosen at random.
Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / or how it is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
The winner each month will have their entry, and Instagram username announced via our Facebook, and Instagram business profiles.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.All copyright in the entries is the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to use any entries for such purposes and no additional payment will be made for using entries in this way.
We do not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this prize draw.
